How long does construction take?

Is the online estimate final?
No. It is a draft planning estimate. We verify the room onsite before issuing the final proposal.
What is included?
Demolition and preparation, selected finishes and fixtures, installation, trim, paint, mirror, bath hardware, shower door, and a $1,000 permit allowance.
Can you move plumbing or walls?
Yes, but electrical, relocated plumbing and layout changes require a custom onsite price.
When is the 50% payment due?
